Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and free gifts included.

6. Product Warranty
EVPAD products come with warranty support according to the product model and order conditions.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, unauthorized repairs, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
