We stand behind the quality of our EVPAD products and offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your EVPAD device to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your EVPAD device must meet the following conditions:

  • The device must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in working order.
  • All original accessories, cables, remote control, power adapter, manuals, and packaging must be included.
  • Any free gifts included with the order must also be returned in unused condition.
  • The device must not show signs of physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, or unauthorized modification.
  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item sent by us
  • Missing accessories caused by our fulfillment error

For non-defective returns, including change of mind or unopened items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

If applicable, a prepaid return label may be provided, and the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@evpadtv.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos of the device and packaging, if applicable
  • A brief description of the issue, if the product is defective or damaged

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returned items should be shipped to the return address provided by our support team after your return request is approved.

Return Processing Time

Once we receive your returned EVPAD device, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days to verify its condition and confirm that all components and free gifts are included.

If the returned item is missing accessories, original packaging, or free gifts, the value of the missing items may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Timeline

After your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@evpadtv.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • EVPAD devices damaged due to misuse, accidents, water damage, or unauthorized repairs
  • Devices with missing accessories, missing free gifts, or missing original packaging
  • Devices that have been physically damaged or modified after delivery
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Gift cards or digital items, if applicable
  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at sales@evpadtv.com if:

  • The device is defective or not functioning properly
  • The device is physically damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong model
  • Accessories or free gifts are missing from your package

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, repair support, or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first at sales@evpadtv.com.

Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item, or our support team may assist you with an exchange depending on the situation.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All accessories and free gifts must also be included. Proof of purchase is required.

EVPAD devices include warranty support according to the product model and order conditions.
