Does EVPAD support voice control?
EVPAD 12P includes an AI voice remote. Voice functions work best when the remote is paired correctly and the device has a stable network connection.
How do I pair the EVPAD remote control?
Install fresh batteries, keep the remote close to the TV box and follow the on-screen Bluetooth pairing steps for your model. The exact process may vary by remote version. Contact support when you need model-specific pairing guidance.
What should I do if the EVPAD remote is not responding?
- Replace or reinstall the batteries.
- Keep the remote close to the TV box and check whether the device is powered on.

We provide 30-day return support. Return eligibility depends on the order timing, product condition and the terms in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact support before sending a product back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
How do I request a return?
Contact support with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship the item until you receive return instructions. After the item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method according to the Return & Refund Policy.
Can you help with devices after the warranty expires?
